Login: Two alternative methods

1. Use your EGOS member ID and (reset) password; or
2. enter the last email address you provided for your EGOS member profile and (reset) password.

How to upload your short paper

1. Log in to "MyEGOS" using your member ID/email address and password
2. Click on "MyEGOS Home" (left-hand navigation)
3. In the main window, you will see a heading "Lisbon 2010". Please click on "Upload short paper." You will then be taken to another window, in which you can enter the information about your short paper and upload your file.
4. From the pull-down menu entitled "Sub-theme ID", please select the sub-theme to which you wish to submit your short paper.
5. Enter the title of your short paper in the "Short Paper Title" field.
6. In the next text field, you can enter – where necessary – the names of your co-authors. Please indicate the full name, affiliation and email address of all co-authors. Please start each co-author on a new line.
7. Upload your file by clicking on the "Browse" button and selecting the file from your computer. Please note that we would prefer you to upload .pdf files, although .doc and .rtf files will also be accepted. Please do not upload .txt or .docx files!
8. Click on the "Upload" button. If your upload has been successful, you will be taken to a new window and will receive an email confirming your upload.
9. When you click on "MyEGOS Home", you will see that the name of your short paper will be listed under the heading "Lisbon 2010". If you click on the title of your short paper, you will be taken to a window summarizing which sub-theme you have submitted your short paper to. You can also download or delete your paper (should you have submitted to the wrong sub-theme or wish to withdraw from the Colloquium altogether). To do this, click on the corresponding link and follow the instructions.
10. Please note that you can only submit one short paper as main author. Therefore, once you have uploaded your short paper, the system will not allow you to upload another one, unless you delete the old short paper.
