The deposit is deducted at check-out and is non-refundable if the cancellation is made after May 31, 2012. Cancellations or changes to reservations should be made by email to the Colloquium Secretariat ().
- General conditions: Reservations are completed promptly based on booking requests. Confirmation of rooms is included in the email confirming the participation for the Colloquium. No vouchers are needed. The Colloquium Secretariat will transfer the hotel deposits to each hotel. Participants are requested to pay their personal expenses directly to the hotel at latest when checking out. Please indicate on the registration form if your arrival is scheduled after 18:00 so the Colloquium Secretariat can inform the hotel. The regular check-out time is 12:00.
