Colloquium Fees

Important – please note!

  • You can only register online for the 35th EGOS Colloquium 2019 in Edinburgh.

  • Online registration is only possible until & including Thursday, June 27, 2019 (23:59 CEST = 22:59 UK time).

  • This means: you have to register well in advance of the Colloquium, because NO on-site registrations will be accepted.

Further information

Only people who

  • have either an accepted short paper – as main author or as a co-author – in a sub-theme at the 35th EGOS Colloquium 2019 in Edinburgh;

  • and/or whose application for one of the pre-Colloquium workshops has been accepted,

are entitled to register for this Colloquium.
 
You must be an “active” EGOS member to participate in the 35th Colloquium 2019 in Edinburgh.
This means that your EGOS membership fee must have been paid before registering for the Colloquium.

The Colloquium fee includes

  • Access to main Colloquium sessions/events on Thursday, July 4, Friday, July 5, and Saturday, July 6, 2019
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 3, 2019
  • Coffee breaks and lunches on Thursday, July 4, Friday, July 5, and Saturday, July 6, 2019
  • Personal badge
  • Certificate of Attendance – will be emailed directly after the Colloquium to each participant who attended

 

Payment of Colloquium fee

  • Colloquium payment at the early-bird rate can only be granted to participants whose payments have been received by the local Colloquium organizers in Edinburgh no later than May 15, 2019 (23:59 CEST).

  • You can pay the Colloquium fee (a) either by credit card or (b) by bank transfer. – Once online Colloquium registration is completed and the Colloquium fee has been paid, the registered participant will automatically receive a confirmation of the registration & payment – or, if you want to pay by bank transfer, a detailed electronic invoice.

  • Payment by bank transfer: this is only possible until June 25, 2019. After this date, the Colloquium fee can only be paid by credit card.

  • Payment by credit card: only VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
     

Refund of Colloquium fee

  • Before May 31, 2019: all fees will be refunded, minus an administrative charge of GBP 37.50. This means: there will be no refunds for cancellations made after June 1, 2019.

  • Payments of tickets for the EGOS Dinner & Party (Friday, July 5, 2019) can only be refunded before June 20, 2019.
