Heidi Dahles?is full professor in organizational anthropology at the Department of Culture, Organization and Management of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research interest is in transnational organizational networks and processes of identity formation among ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia and she published about her research in peer-reviewed journals such as Culture & Organization, East Asia. An International Quarterly, Asian Ethnicity and Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship. Among her recent books are Capital and Knowledge. Changing Power relations in Asia (co-edited with Otto van den Muijzenberg, London: Francis & Taylor, 2003) and Multicultural Organizations in Asia (co-edited with Loh Wei Leng; London: Routledge, 2006).
Jordi Trullén?is an assistant professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at ESADE, where he teaches university and postgraduate courses in Organizational Behavior. He holds a PhD in Organization Studies from Boston College. His overarching research interest is in the processes through which organizational change unfolds. His current work focuses on both public and hidden organizational aspects that surround the introduction of innovations in organizational settings. In a recent publication he investigated backstage organizational dynamics associated with the routinization of a course innovation at the Society for Organizational Learning.
