Cancellation of registration:
Refund of Colloquium registration fee ? minus administrative charge of SEK 500 ? will be granted for cancellations received before May 15, 2011. No refunds after this date are possible.
If you cannot attend, your registration can be transferred to another member of your organization/institution. Please inform in writing as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to, in order to be able to print the correct name on the badge and also on the room list for the hotel.

Cancellation of social program:
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to . Cancellations for the social program will be accepted until May 15, 2011 (full refund). We regret that no refunds can be made for any cancellations received after May 15, 2011.

Payment:
The total amount due must be paid in advance by credit card. Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received. All payments should be made in Swedish Krona (SEK).

The registration fee includes:
- Access to Colloquium sessions (sub-themes, sub-plenaries, plenaries) on Thursday, July 7, Friday, July 8 and Saturday, July 9, 2011
- Opening celebration on Wednesday, July 6, 2011
- Coffee breaks and lunches on Thursday, July 7, Friday, July 8 and Saturday, July 9, 2011
- Personal badge, certificate of attendance, Colloquium bag and program
