To access and to read Organization Studies (OS) online, please note that you have to be first a so-called " active" EGOS member, i.e. you must have paid your membership fee!

You can then access OS online by logging in to your MyEGOS with your EGOS member number or email address + your password, and then selecting "OS Online & Research" from the MyEGOS menu.

With the launch of the new website we are very pleased to announce that EGOS members will have online access not only to the societys high impact journal Organization Studies, but to all the journals in the SAGE Management & Organization Studies Full-Text Collection.
This means free access to an additional 39 journals, more than 15 of which are ISI-ranked, from the current issue all the way back to Vol. 1, no. 1.
The Full-Text Collection includes Human Relations, Journal of Management, Organization and Strategic Organization.
